Next Big Thing Program Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
a. We offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Inability to access or use the program due to technical issues on our end.
- Dissatisfaction with the course content or delivery.
2. Refund Request Process
In exceptional cases, you can request a refund in case of a genuine reason; a proper email must be dropped.
a. To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide a detailed explanation of the issue. If we find the reason provided is satisfactory, our team will refund the amount.
- Our team will respond with further instructions.
Example: If X enrolls in the Program on 1st April 2023, with an end date of 31st March 2024, and if he leaves the Program in between, the amount will be refunded from the date of discontinuation from the Program.
3. Refund Method
a. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original course purchase. If this is not possible, we will issue a refund via cheque or another appropriate method.
4. Exceptions
a. If you have completed the Program, you are not eligible for a refund.
